Yesterday, I was running through the papers when an article took my attention: "Other uses for cell phones". I decided to take a look on the article, wondering what other uses it's hiding. So far, mobile phones have many uses other than the fact they were to make calls. They're digital cameras, mp3 players, remote controls, GPS devices, Internet browsers... and the list continues. But here is new trick that perhaps never came into your mind.
Suppose your car has an electronic key(remote), and you've forgotten the key inside your car. Most probably you'll have a spare key at home. Pick up your phone, call any one at home, let them hold the spare remote right near their phone and press the unlock button. If you are close enough to the car, voila! It's unlocked ;)
This might be old news for some people, but I've just learnt about it and decided to share it with everybody. Who knows, maybe it'll save them sometime..
