mobitubia

That was fast! MobiTubia which I first wrote about it a couple of days ago, now has an official website. Yes, www.mobitubia.com. It doesn't seem officially opened to public yet because all links are inactive. However I was able to get my hands on the official demo video of MobiTubia, not the one I posted before, the real official one by Nuuneol. Therefore I decided to let everyone watch it here first on the one and only, Symbiano-Tek *evil laughing*  UPDATE: The video is now available on MobiTubia's website.

Watch:

From the video, these are MobiTubia's key features:

  • Rotating 3D menu
  • FlV URL: Enter URL of any FLV video file, MobiTubia shows a download progress bar and opens it.
  • Recently Featured: Views the recently featured videos found on youtube.com homepage in a dock style
  • Popular Clips: Views the popular videos found on youtube.com homepage in a dock style
  • Clip Search
  • Open Web clips: You Enter a URL, MobiTubia views all embedded videos in that URL if any exists.
  • View by Youtube ID: Enter Youtube clip ID, the code at the end of videos URLs, MobiTubia plays the video.
  • Save clip after watching: MobiTubia prompts you to save clip on your Mobile so you can watch it easily later.
  • Open saved FLV files
  • Display videos on TV if your phone supports TV-OUT

Remember, you watched it first on Symbiano-Tek ;) Stay tuned for further MobiTubia updates!

Interesting that the developer chose to use text-to-speech technology for the narration. Perhaps this is because the developer does not speak English?
