Nokia signed an agreement with Dell

Posted by Tarek in ,

Symbian Guru reported today that Nokia and Dell have signed an agreement to begin offering Unbranded, Unlocked handsets, tablets, and accessories through Dell's distribution channels! The official announcement won't be for a few weeks, but it's been signed.

Well the reason here why Nokia signed this agreement is because Dell is MUCH better at distribution than Nokia, and has contracts with large companies across the country. Through Dell, Nokia has access to companies such as Ford, Time Warner Cable, and other US companies that would be able to place massive orders for devices, specifically Nokia's hurting E-series line.
The rest are yet to be seen. Hopefully, Dell will facilitate the warranty replacements, sending out a new one along with a label for you to send yours back. MUCH better than the current Nokia US Warranty service.
